Have to say, rather surprised at the apparent demise of DFW-KOA. That has been on the schedule (seasonally) for actually several years now and the % of the year it was flying seemed to be increasing. Given the tilt towards leisure travel these days and the fact that they just went to the trouble of specifically annotating that this flight is now eligible for both Admirals Club and Flagship Lounge access (when in Business) I am quite surprised they are abandoning it now.
