So - I pay way too much money for a sandwich that's not quite what I wanted, wait for 25 minutes, and then when I ask about my food they're like "oh sorry, we're out of that sandwich". I ask for another vegetarian option I can have before boarding and he's like frankly no. So now I am waiting for a refund and REALLY starving and angry.

I have status in skyteam as well. If I were connecting in atl I would have had access to the fast food I was craving from the beginning. I'm very disinclined to use ewr terminal c in the future.

Is anyone else less interested in flying United because of their OTG monopoly?
