AC does not honor what the end user sees on the web site in black and white.
I read the process as the seat being available (the booking slot, anyway), but not necessarily in
your window so possibly not available to
you. That is, it provides the same info (well, a yes/no level) that you'd get from pulling the load from EF... and then need your own reasoning after.
