Keep in mind that the airline you are traveling with will most likely require you to present your PCR test at check-in for the first leg of your journey, even if the first leg is domestic. Unless you are traveling on 2 separate tickets of course. At least, this has been my experience when flying SDU-GRU-AMS on the same PNR.
