Although I've not travelled in 19 months , and many things have changed with AC/Aeroplan system and rules , I know that in the past , when "Seats available for upgrade" was shown , It meant that e-up seats were presently available, and that if you were within the upgrade window and on the correct applicable fare.. you could upgrade , correct?

I receive the "seats are available for upgrade" message, but am being waitlisted. It's a latitude fare.

Any feedback appreciated.
