I fly weekly on the E175. As others have mentioned, the overhead bin space is extremely limited but I am 99.9% certain the bag will fit. I have a b & r transcend carry on which seems to be a bit bigger than yours and it fits. The gate agent even made me put it in the sizer last weekend. It fit perfectly.
