There has been ongoing fare promotions to ANC/FAI from the mainland. I bought a similar itinerary (one-stop both ways instead of 2 connections on the return in the sample link) for $180 during the summer, and elected to pay the main cabin upcharge of $40 each way, so a little under $260 was the final fare - $20 cheaper.
