1. Already filed 5 feedbacks on Turkish Airlines customer feedback web site, but, Turkish Airlines just don't care. As soon as we asked them to provide any proof that they notified us prior to September 2, 2021, they stopped responding to any of our feedbacks.

2. With all due respect, but your post is hard to follow, while communicating with TK make it factual and chronological:

Ticket purchased on: August 27, 2019
Original travel dates: June 25, 2020
Changed to open ticket on: June 2020 after the original date travel have been cancelled in the middle of pandemic
New travel dates booked on:
February 2, 2021
New travel dates were: September 2, 2021

3. If you are not happy with TK response, complain to DOT
Since we already filed 5 feedbacks with Turkish Airlines, and they simply just ignored us. We already filed two cases with DOT, and two cases with BBB. Their review on BBB is one star of 5 and class D, so bad!

Thanks again for your comment. I posted and shared my story on this forum is to expose the worse of Turkish Airlines! On Turkish Airlines web site, they said during COVID time, they care and are flexible, but their check-in staff at LAX just did the opposite.
We witnessed another instance on the same date of our travel at LAX, Turkish Airlines check-in staff asked another customer to purchase a brand new full price economy class ticket while he already had one, but, his missed his earlier flight due to waiting for the same day PCR test result. He is a young student without mush saving, and Turkish Airlines just show NO empathy during COVID time, exactly opposite of what they advertised on their web site
