I just wanted to pop in to say how impressed I am with this property. Despite there being 2 conventions going on right now (which brings great energy to the property), I was able to get upgraded to a suite on the 23rd floor with lovely views of Downtown Atlanta and of Stone Mountain. Plus, the bedroom has a corner window set-up - an interesting side effect of the architecture near the top of the property.

The $25 bar credit on top of breakfast is amazing - it's not required by Hyatt, obviously, so it really goes to show that the GH is going above and beyond. My Mai Tai last night was delicious (and strong enough to get me tipsy and giggling after just the one drink). Breakfast was also quite delicious - lovely pancakes.

Service has been great - the FDA called up to my room to check on me, and I received an email from the Assistant Director of Operations checking on me, too.

The property itself is also quite impressive. From the Japanese Zen Gardens to the classy (and talkative) elevators to the robotic vacuum cleaner I ran into (not literally) in my hallway yesterday, this property really feels luxurious. I overheard one of my (many) fellow bar guests last night saying that they loved this property because it is high-quality and consistent, and I have to say that I agree.
