1. Complain to TK via feedback form on their web site:

2. With all due respect, but your post is hard to follow, while communicating with TK make it factual and chronological:

Make it short and straight to the point (including what compensation you want). Do not make melodramatic statements (with mistakes - TA is Taca Airlines/Avianca El Salvador; Turkish Airlines is TK) - these will not do any good.
3. If you are not happy with TK response, complain to DOT (I believe you cannot complain to DOT without trying to resolve the matter with airline first, so you cannot to skip step 1).
