Which European cities result in lowest avios surcharge for EU-LHR-USA?
From my searching, the taxes and fees on a British Airways award flight are different based on which country you leave from, for a simple Europe-LHR-USA one-way business class ticket. Some examples I've seen are:

Zurich-LHR-USA - over $400 in taxes and fees
Lisbon-LHR-USA - about $390
Madrid-LHR-USA - about $330 (similar pricing ex-France)
LHR-USA direct is about $700 fees

I was curious if there is a comprehensive list somewhere of various European cities which can help minimize the surcharge, instead of having to search one by one throughout Europe.
