The middle of last week I moved to PlatinumPro again with AA (The hard way) and have an upcoming flight as AS. I'm still listed as "Oneworld Sapphire" in Alaska's system. I tried to have them remove my AAdvantage number then re-enter it into the system, but that didn't seem to work. Any idea on how I can get my status updated in Alaska system so I can have better seat selection and be eligible for upgrades?
Is this on AA or AS? I.e. whom should I bug?
