I am checking LifeMiles site but in the "Total or partial redemption of tickets with LifeMiles" section it only talks about change waiver (on flights operated by Avianca), nothing about cancellations (for Star Alliance). The current waiver policy isn't posted on their website its just what it is at the moment per the lifemiles agents on the phone. I've heard it was or may be extended however if you want to cancel or do any changes I would suggest you do so before Sept 30 or call and ask them what the current policy is
