I made a four night reservation for next August. Revenue rates were just over €1500 a night, so 150k points seems like decent value, especially with the two Chase cards — fourth night free and 10% points back, so just over 100k points per night. The goal was mostly to lock in above-average redemption values in light of the ongoing devaluation; generally speaking, I despise the kinds of people who are attracted to these kinds of properties in Europe, so there’s a 90% chance we’ll cancel this unless reports are really positive.
