Surprised there isn't a thread for this property yet given it has been open a few months and is now fully participating in IHG Rewards.

Had a two night stay here earlier this month, in summary, spectacular hard product overall, but service still needs some work and was very up and down. I was hoping some of the issues I'd read about so far would have been ironed out by now given the hotel had been open c.2 months but service overall is still below what you'd expect from somewhere charging over €1,000 per night throughout summer. Hotel has lots of potential but it's not a luxury level experience just yet.
