Yes that promo was announced with lots of lead time, which felt strange for those of us who follow Hyatt closely. I suspect details were leaking, so Hyatt jumped ahead with an announcement. You couldn't even register for 2-3 weeks.

The previous promo was announced on February 22nd for a March 1st start. Prior promos also were announced on a similar basis.
