Anyone actually call chase and confirm this sign up bonus is on their account?

I applied for this card a few days after the double nights credit was added as a sign up bonus. Applied directly from the chase website. This week, when inquiring about when my double stays would post (from mid Aug), I was told this offer was not part of my account. I asked them to look into it further, and am now waiting for a response on their investigation which could take up to 7 days
