Yep, Q2 and Q3 were “fine”, they weren’t good or great and they weren’t horrible.

I definitely feel like having an option for everyone bonus so to speak nets the most business. It seems especially at the properties I’ve booked that they’ve had many cancellations in Q4 as well. A few went from sold out to fully available. Others dropped their nightly rate 50%+ with all rooms now available, and so on.

I am genuinely curious though as I’m sure some others may be about who paid for parking costs when it was complimentary for Globalists on paid stays.

The hotels FD always made it seem like Hyatt corporate would reimburse them at some negotiated rate, but I’m not sure if they just end up comping it off and actually getting some cash in hand from a paid stay.
