BAGGAGE HANDLING DIRECT PHONE #,s for YOW, YYZ, YXE? Please?

Hi all weary travelers.
Long time since I have been on a plane. However, very recently my elderly parents flew out to YOW to return my 96 year old aunt to live with them. (should have happened years ago....but my aunt would not leave her house!) Anyway they flew back in Biz class last Saturday evening, September 11 YOW-YYZ-YXE. 6 priority bags. 5 arrived and 1 did not. It was a garment bag that had all of my aunt's winter coats and special clothes. She is distraught not to have them.

I have constantly been checking the delayed/damaged AC page and "Tracing continues. Please check back later." After 5 days of checking (several times a day) I decided to waste some time and phone. I waited over 90 minutes on hold to talk to an overseas agent that I could barely understand. I asked to speak to a manger (still overseas) but I could understand her. I asked if she could contact YOW baggage handling directly by phone to see if the tag was ripped off and the bag was still sitting in Ottawa. They were useless. I am frustrated and my aunt is so sad.

Does anyone have a direct phone line for YOW baggage handling? or YYZ or YXE that they would be willing to share. Any other help or suggestions are greatly appreciated.
