Same problem here, I would like to catch the AccesRail with flight number SN4236 from The Hague on, instead of from AMS. I think this should be possible.

Also: Did you got any miles in the end for this train segment? I booked with LH end landed in (Y) which is weird as I booked Business Saver. My connection flight from BRU is in (P). Would credit my flights to Miles & More.
