So the iOS app counts only this year's flights without rollover, while the Android app counts all flight segments, including other airlines and rollover.
Until Alaska officially confirms whether rollover AS segments will be counted, I'll work on the assumption they do not. I have now booked one more ticket to reach 24 AS segments this year alone by December.
