Sorry you went through that. Since March 2020, I have been extremely happy with AA's response to nearly everything I needed. So much so, that last week I was on the short end and felt that I needed to suck it up a bit. Glad it worked out for you.
Yeah, I was surprised as well because generally speaking, my interactions with AA CSR have been positive, even Twitter. Anyways, I'm just going to avoid their Twitter support from now on.
