Done five nights here last week (Monday to Saturday), overall a decent stay.

The current situation

Livingwell - 6am - 10pm weekdays and 8am - 10pm weekends with booking required. Swimming pool, sauna and steam room only open until 9pm. They are advising you to do this in advance of arrival at the moment and the number for Livingwell is 02087330610 should you have a stay here and want to make a booking.

Skybar open daily from Noon till 11pm with food available from Noon until 9:45pm. They are advising you to book via bookatable in advance should you wish to use the bar area.

Icons and The Association are both still closed although The Association is open for breakfast 6:30am till 10am weekdays and 7am till 11am at weekends.

Room service is available 3pm till 9:45pm. This is ordered using the QR on display in the rooms. I shall attempt to post a link to the menu below.

Executive lounge is still currently closed and you can collect a voucher everyday from reception for two free drinks. I was assured that it will be reopening but they don't know when.

Minibar was partially stocked. There was spirits, lager and a few soft drinks so I'm not sure what the gaps were are there is no menu in the rooms at the moment.

Housekeeping is provided on request. As I was there five nights I requested it twice. The first time there were no issues and it was done whilst I was out. The second time there appeared to have been a comms issue and it wasn't done. When querying it they offered to do it but I asked just for towels to be sent up as that was what was really needed and I was leaving the next day anyway. They were very apologetic about this.

Breakfast as mentioned above is back to full buffet service with eggs done to order. From what I can remember from previous stays nothing has changed much at breakfast other than OJ is now in bottles and is Johnsons which is pretty good quality.

Overall a very good stay, the only blip being the housekeeping which wasn't a big issue as I only needed the towels. This remains one of my preferred London Hiltons.

Upgraded from regular room to Exec room 892 which was facing the Arena. It was originally a different room, however on arrival it wasn't ready and I was offered this one as an alternative rather than wait.
