Award ticket change within 24 hours ?
Hi - does anyone know if I have any luck with this situation? I was booking from MAD -GUA yesterday using miles… I got to the end of the booking but then got prompted to look at insurance and it reset my booking after I tried to navigate back to the booking page (on the app as website wasn’t pulling same availability…). When I tried to search for the tickets for the same dates, I couldn’t find them - I assume they disappeared into digital limbo.
I booked for slightly longer trip which isn’t ideal for a handful of reasons. I’m only about 13 hours after booking - anyone know if I might be able to make a fee free change to the original itinerary if I call lifemiles? (Assuming that my original tickets are just in digital limbo and not that someone booked them).
