First time poster on this forum. I have a trip planned in about two weeks to sloevonia/croatia and vienna austria. Originally I was flying ba vie./lhr/iad. I am a oneworld flyer and used aa points for the flight in business/first. Ba canceled the vie/lhr segment and neither ba or aa was any help. My travel agent found us reasonably price business seats on Austrian Airlines. I checked out their web site and didn't find much information about long haul business. Has any one flow this route or a similar route who would share their experience?\
