I'm trying to book an AA award flight through ba.com that I know is available (saver level @ UA, expertflyer says it's available), but it appears that there are too many awards for that date and that ba.com seems to cap the results. Unfortunately it's returning them from earliest->latest, and is including all airports in New York even if I specify one.

Is there a way to somehow narrow down the search results by time or a specific departure airport, or do I just need to call the representatives?
