"Debit not available" codes 05 and 12 this morning with four of my cards at my fairly reliable WM. I returned after a meeting about 2.5 hours later and tried a different batch of cards, but got the same error codes. I did cash some of them out at a grocery store without any issues. I'll try WM again this weekend.
