I used my free weekend certificate for a Saturday night to celebrate my birthday. I booked the base room and I was pleasantly surprised that they gave me a comp upgrade to a 1 Bedroom Strip View suite!! The suite was absolutely gorgeous (I will upload pics later). I was very impressed with the suite itself. I saw pics of the base room making its rounds on social media in July. I was underwhelmed as what was depicted on the website wasn't the same as the real pics. The suites look the same from the site to real life in every way! The suite was very modern and glamourous! I loved the floor-to-ceiling windows. The views of the strip were unreal because of this.

Service was also fantastic at Crockfords. I did enjoy the "magic" tea at check-in. I did receive the $50 f&b credit. It wasn't a big deal at all, but I had to remind them to apply this at check out. To be fair, I was told that I would get a f&b credit at check-in, so they weren't trying to do anything shady. It was just an oversight in my opinion. I ate at Suns Out, Buns Out and the outdoor restaurant (Agave) at the RW pools. My credits applied to those restaurants. I thought the food and service was excellent at Suns Out, Buns Out. I did take out. The food and service was good to very good at Agave, but the manager on duty was frequently checking in on customers. I greatly appreciated that.

I didn't get to spend that much time at Crockfords/RW as I was only there for 1 night before I moved to the Cosmo for 4. I did enjoy my time at the RW pool area. I think they could stand to improve on a couple of things. They need to be more consistent about checking to make sure that the pool for Crockfords/Conrad guests is just for these guests. Some RW staff checked and some didn't. It was inconsistent. Also, the VIP/Adult Only pool needs some work. They were charging an admission fee for this. I think at least Crockford guests should be able to get this comped. I'm not sure what the prices are during the week, but there was an admission fee and you had to pay for a lounge chair. I went to the VIP/Adult pool area to check it out briefly and take pics. I was underwhelmed with what i saw, but it looks like a work in progress. With the right touches, it could be great and worth the extra charges - but that day, it wasn't worth it to me. I happily went back to the Crockfords/Conrad pool as it seemed more laid-back and chill vs the VIP/Adult Only pool. FYI, the Crockfords/Conrad pool did have its share of kids. I'm not sure if these were kids/parents that belonged there. This is definitely why the staff needs to be more diligent in checking for proper access.

Very Cool Moment: Saturday night, as I was getting onto a Crockfords elevator to go to my suite, DJ Tiesto was getting off to go his gig at Ayu Nightswim. He seems so down to earth and chill. I love Tiesto. He had that area packed later on at night! I was watching it all from my suite lol.
That is absolutely amazing and sounds like such an awesome trip. Thanks for sharing your experience & some details around the questions I had & glad you had an amazing time! I'm a big fan of the old school Tiesto but even now I respect him all the same!
