Got two dud test kits from Optum. Both had no fluid in the reagent container (the container is a different design that the non-proctored kits I have which are two months newer based on manufacturing date). Another difference between the kits is no instructions are included with the proctored tests. I guess they assume you will be told what to do by the proctor. Both of my duds were lot 142802 (in case one wants to check theirs). Going to have to get a local test now (since I only bought two and wouldn't have carried more than that anyway). I, tried not expecting them to agree, to use the reagent I have in my non-proctored tests but they turned that down. I have to take photos of everything and email Optum to get a refund. Glad I tested three days out so I have plenty of time to find a local test and get it done.
