Lifemiles Biz Award: Free Seat Selection?
After making my Lifemiles booking for an Austrian US => Vienna flight in Business Class, the Austrian website can find my booking, but won't let me select seats. Is this doable by phone, or should I expect them to try to charge me, especially for one of the "throne seats"?
