Restaurants and coffee shops in Sweden today still have lots of tables blocked off due to trying to keep a distance between groups of patrons. And between a recommendation-violating return to working in the offices and that “seat/table-blocking” practice still in place in Sweden, Denmark is a more open place for office lunch breaks, group/family meals out and so on in the commercial centers than Sweden.

Denmark’s per capita daily Covid-19 deaths in some earlier days this month seem to be something close to 1-2x Sweden’s figure.

Not every person flying to/from a city in the EU/EEA is necessarily a national of the same, but it appears in the HEL flyer case to be a case of being a Finnish national.
