As I mentioned there was a further update released, this was then revoked and it was communicated that we would get further clarity. The update that was sent then revoked was that ticket validity was either from outbound flight date or from date that ticket was first reissued.
There then hasnt been anything further that i can see.
Great, so as things stand today, it should still be the year from the most recent (either cancelled or not) outbound flight? I will try push that - is there a date and name for this update (some time in July/August?) that I can mention to an agent that is due to call me back today?
