And under Manage My Account, do you have a Friends and Family list - might point to something strange with you account.
Yeah, regardless of what I click on that first option of "is the payer the flyer" it doesn't have any effect on my name below that. My name shows up pre-filled and is unchangeable. No idea why that is the case.
