I wasn’t looking for longer trips, but was focusing on locations and residences. I did just look to give you some idea, though. In the next few weeks, the only location with 14 nights is a hotel in Vail, then mid October it expands to Fort Lauderdale and Deer Valley (both multi-bedroom residences), then by the end of October Tahoe and Nantucket residences seem to also have 14 night stays. It’s definitely true that you’re not going to get long trips close in for places that are in high demand at that time (e.g. Deer Valley in January). But if you’re up for exploring off season, you can get some great deals. My husband and I chose Deer Valley during the shoulder season for our next trip because we’ve heard the leaves are stunning and it’s not crowded.
