To clarify, is the adults pool still open but just the bar is closed? Is there any pool bar or beach bar open? Somewhere to get a drink after dinner too? I know they are building a lobby bar but that won't be ready this month. I emailed the resort to find out what the status will be at the end of this month and she said that Don Manuel's and the lobby are the only things closed, I suppose the pool bar could be considered part of Don Manuels though? Still debating between the WA, the Hilton Los Cabos, a combo of the two or rolling the dice on the rain and going to Conrad Punta de Mita. Too many options, lol!
yes, on the day i left i walked past there again
this time, i saw people swimming at adult pool and the bar has waiters.
it's just that the immediate vicinity has construction going on. but they cordon off with some plywood thing so you cant see them
pool bar and pool are located between the beach and Don Manuels.
i thought everything there cannot be accessed initially because when i swing by the first time i didnt see anyone in the pool and nobody manning the bar. only construction workers milling about.

i also saw the tennis court again right before i left. now that i think back i am not sure if the courts were gutted up or not.
because the first time i was there, that area is a total construction site, cant be accessed at all. trucks, piles of sand, bricks etc.
but when i left, those things disappear. so it could be that they are just using that area to store equipments and building materials.
