Admittedly, I was also concerned about the 231x being purged from the B & R product line. I ended up buying a second one (navy) that i stumbled upon on sale at Luggage Pros. The navy version has chrome hardware, which is a bit flashy for my taste, but the price was too good to pass up. When B & R discontinued the olive colorway of the bag, I saw them selling for as low as $ 125.00. Hindsight.
