Like other posters have mentioned, Lufthansa typically used to release F award seats at 14 days prior to departure, and Swiss F awards were never bookable via Aeroplan.

EY is the relatively "new" partner that is redeemable with Aeroplan, but I'm not sure whether they're offering any flights to NA with F.
