An odd coincidence - I was reading this thread and then a few days later the FA came by and gave me a recognition card. Boilerplate "thank you for your loyalty, etc." and not everyone in F got one (I guess could have been only Medallions?). No idea what I did to get it though; this was not a special flight in any regard and my last IRROPS was several weeks (and flights) ago. Was honestly just confused. When this happened on UA, everyone in F usually got one (often from the Captain on his business card).
