It would be pretty rare but on days where I have more than a 3-4 hour layover this could be worth it. The alcohol offerings are much upgraded in the flagship lounges and I could get enough value out of the food and drink to justify it. It certainly wouldn't be common, which is a good thing for those in the FL.
