To OP's original question, many Hyatt properties (although, not all) allow streaming only through Chromecast, rather than through native apps hosted on the TV itself (like many newer Marriott properties). You'll want to find the Chromecast option on the TV menu and then you can connect your personal device either through the WOH app or by entering the code shown on the TV into getstreaming.tv (scammiest sounding URL ever, but trust me, it works). Of course, your personal device will need to be on the hotel Wi-Fi.

Personally, I much prefer Marriott's implementation of native apps, but Chromecast is better than nothing.
