2. There is a standard meet 'n greet that comes with every reservation. Not sure what you're wanting specifically but it takes care of everything. On departure they take your luggage right up to customs if you need it. Don't need to lift a finger.
Last time I was there, I saw some private vans ushering few passengers away at soon as they got off the flight stairs. I assume they had paid for special meet and greet service.
IMO, at MLE, those are not necessary especially you sit upfront on the plane. Immigration check, x ray for hand carry then pick up checked bags, off you go to outside where all hotel reps are holding their hotel signs. As soon as you find your rep, they start taking over the baggage carts. And the sea plane luggage drop off is right outside the custom exit.
Of course if you don't want to ride the public airport bus to the terminal, then by all means pay for VIP service.
