I don't think so. I got 3x points on Lyft and Uber and grocery stores. It's specific to Southwest and the toll road, Bart, and Muni expenses that they show up as earning 0 points, not even the standard 1x. How odd!
That sounds to me like exactly what you were told earlier. Your travel credit just reset and now you're earning 0 points on the first $300 on travel purchases.
