It did have one but it was inside the parking garage that was not accessible, even if I wanted to walk in.

I edited my original post to specify that I missed my train, not my flight.
But you are 100% right that I could have dropped it off at another Enterprise location within the city that had an after hours drop off box. I wasn't thinking clearly as I was tired from driving all day and quite frustrated at the situation.
