I would just pick the cheapest at the time. Coverage in London is not an issue in my experience of having been with O2, Vodafone, and currently with 3, nor any of the virtual providers. No experience of EE as they always seem uber expensive to me. I just renewed with 3 for 12GB/£8 per month. My highest ever usage per month was 2.95GB so I gave myself a bit of wiggle room! I am disappointed that they ditched Go Roam (or are about to) as I thought that was a USP when all the others bailed. And at the end of the day it was always aggregated into their costs so it surprised me.
