I ended up talking to our support person (and yes it was hard to get in touch) and was told the reservations were still valid. And they were – just can't make new ones with the same account, and have to use a new one. I think the website and app just error out trying to load the reservations because they're buggy. So if this happens to anyone else, I'd suggest just not worrying about it and proceeding as normal.
