Can't speak to TSA activities yesterday directly but did enter the country through a seaport yesterday. I noticed inspections of tractor trailers using mirrors underneath and looking inside the engine compartment. I'm sure other things were happening that I didn't pick up on. Human inspection, if occurring at all, was done out of sight. My customs interaction was to compare my entry and exit photos. No questions or interview at all. Perhaps TSA could get some pointers from a real security agency.
