When you load your given QR code onto the Swiss official Covid Cert app (can download it from Apple store for example), all 3 will say „Covid Certificate“.

The differences will then be shown when you click on the certificate on your phone - the next screen will show you „TEST“, „VACCINATION“ … as category, among other information.

Whoever checking the certificate likely to be using the Swiss official Covid Check app, rather than reading the details from your phone.
