Advised by hotel at checkin to wait and see what tomorrow brings. A big uproar from businesses apparently. With that said 90% of folks walking around town look very maskless and very happy. The customs/immigration guy at the airport was one of the nicest ever, anywhere, and we chatted about the new rule and he agreed it was absolutely idiotic. My USA CDC vaccination card gives me instant unquestioned access to entering the country, but I can't use it (by strict interpretation of rule) tomorrow to buy a f'ing sandwich to eat, what collection of morons comes up with this crap.
