I would say the first quote has not been updated. At one point it was correct, but now the rules for self isolation in respect of both travel and suspected contact cases have changed for those vaccinated in the UK. Travelling to an Amber country, if vaccinated in the UK, does not normally require self isolation on the return to the UK / Scotland.
