AS uses the lower E gates at PHX, they're literally a max of 60 seconds apart. They also board late here. So as 25 minute connections go, this one is doable. Of course, any meaningful delay on the inbound and you're toast. AS currently only has one daily SFO departure from PHX. I wouldn't count on the second flight the schedule shows sticking. Based on current fares, demand is dropping like a stone.
